EPA Section 608 Universal

The EPA Section 608 Universal certification is the broadest Section 608 credential and authorizes technicians to service all appliance types — small (Type I), high-pressure (Type II), and low-pressure (Type III). Universal is what most working HVAC/R technicians pursue because it covers all job-site scenarios. The exam combines all three type-specific sections plus the core section into a single comprehensive test.
